MATERIAL MANAGEMENT

MATERIALS TO BE REVITALIZED

  • PO (LLD - LD - HD and HMWPE + PP) after consumer use or industrial waste granulation through extrusion.
  • R-PET pelletizing with filtration.
  • Mixed plastic waste (including EVA/EVOH/PA) recovered through extrusion.
  • PS, PP, PC, ABS, SAN, PE, PMMA, PA, PLA, or other biodegradable industrial waste materials through a cascade twin-screw extruder recycling process.
  • Pelletizing solutions for expanded material extrusion (EPS and EPP).
  • Filtration and extrusion of synthetic fibers in granulation systems.

 EXTENDED REUSE

  • Post-consumer material mainly comes from packaging containers for food and industrial applications. Part of the recycled material returns to this sector.

  • Recently, recycled materials have been reintroduced into the market as if they were virgin materials, as the demand for both virgin and recycled materials is exactly the same.

Production of high-quality pellets for food-approved products in pellet or film form (through combination with the purification process).



BENEFITS

Turnkey solutions available, combined with a complex rPET washing plant with a separate extrusion section, with production capacity up to 2 x 2 or 1 x 4 tons per hour.

GRILLO & SUPERGRILLO

The Ecogrillo and Supergrillo inline recycling units allow the reuse of waste from blown film extrusion by transforming edge trims into granules and reintegrating them into the extrusion process.

Processable materials: LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE

  • Production from 10 to 40 kg/h for the Ecogrillo version
  • From 10 to 80 kg/h for the Supergrillo version
  • Option: Roll scrap recycling available only for the Supergrillo version

MINIGRILLO

Essential for optimizing production process parameters in film manufacturing.

Designed to provide the customer, in addition to extruders capable of producing large quantities, with a quality control service for production.

This allows the elimination of any production waste at the source.

Processable materials:

  • Bioplastic (PLA)
  • Edge trims (LDPE, PP, PA/PET, PLA)

REMOTE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our specialized engineers in commissioning and installation are also available for troubleshooting or process issues after line installation.


Retrofit and revamping activities on mechanical and electrical components (including new HMI software) are widely used.


We provide advice on implementing processes that eliminate waste or even reduce product weight.


Training is a must, including the full supply of digital user and maintenance manuals.


Original spare parts are always available for immediate delivery.

DIGITAL INTERFACE WITH ERP

The digitization of process data is crucial for preparing predictive and preventive maintenance programs to improve production line efficiency during the operational period.


OEE is also enhanced by the automatic quality control of the extruder's filtration and pelletizing sections, allowing immediate correction through process performance.


The easy HMI concept and its electrical structure allow instant data exchange with the client, providing remote scheduling of production identification slots.
